The best way to get data entry work or typing work from home is to become a freelancer and promote yourself as a secretarial service or virtual assistant.
Start promoting your typing and secretarial services instead of looking for easy promises. Find your own clients, learn to market, and create promotional materials.
Don't be naïve.
Don't waste your money on those scams. If you fall for those types of programs, you're looking in the wrong direction and will miss out on real data entry and typing work from home.
